Our Principals
The Full Circle Theater Company was founded by Robin DePietro-Jurand and Laura Richards Bakin, who serve as co-artistic directors and co-managing directors.
Robin DePietro-Jurand has been active in community theatre in West Virginia for more than 15 years as an actor and director, has served on the Board of the Contemporary American Theater Festival in Shepherdstown and is currently on the Board of the Goose Route Arts Collaborative. She recently completed a director's workshop at Yale University's Graduate School of Drama.
Laura Richards Bakin has enjoyed a 20 year career in the performing arts as an actor, director, teacher, and administrator. She has performed with a variety of theatrical companies from Florida to New York, taught both children and adults, was an administrator at Arena Stage in Washington, D.C., and the founder and artistic director of the Rhapsodic Theater Company in Northern Virginia.
